About Me

I’m a fractional chief of staff, expert generalist, and consultant who frees up early-stage founders and CEOs so they can dedicate their time and brainpower to the most important decisions. I help early-stage leaders drowning in never-ending to-dos shed operational responsibilities, creating leverage and enabling them to prioritize their time growing their businesses.

I use shared agile project management tools and processes to prioritize and track tasks and projects so founders are updated on progress asynchronously. My approach is empathetic and collaborative, ensuring founders know where projects stand without spending their valuable time meeting synchronously (but happy to meet when they want!). My sweet spot is early-stage founders trying to establish and maintain the rhythm of their businesses themselves. I’ve increased clients’ time for strategy and other executive work by up to 20 hours a week, getting them into their zone of genius more often.

I have 10+ years of experience executing leadership-sponsored initiatives, supporting leaders so they can focus on their biggest priorities, and providing critical, data-driven recommendations to executive teams. I’ve played pivotal roles in scaling early- and growth-stage companies’ early operations by improving decision-making, executive reporting, financial processes, and investor relations. In prior years, I developed operating plans, supported high-stakes negotiations at ESPN and The Walt Disney Company, and implemented content strategies at ABC News.
